I wish I dealt only with Managers for my move from Il to Fl with this company. They are the sweetest understanding people I dealt with in the experiwnce. Mover at my door were on time. But onre had to stop working to go smoke. WTF while its getting dark. Then I was told I had additional weight that will incur additional charges. So I calk Colonial and a Manager assessed the there no need for additional charges. That made my day. My recommendation is if you have problem ask to talk to a Manager.
