This is follow up on the review I submitted on my experience for relocation from Louisiana to Arizona with Colonial Van Lines on 10/22/15. As you can see from my previous review I did have several issues during actual relocation but the customer resolution department went up and beyond to resolve my complains. We could reach satisfactory agreement - Colonial Van Lines fairly compensated me for the delay in delivery my belongings and for damaged/lost items. That''''s why I am changing my rating for this company to 3 stars.
