Everything that they say is a lie from saying that they will pack all the big items charged my father extra money for that. The worst experience ever I was so frustrated trying to get an honest explanation from anyone at the company. They use back truck companies to which the drivers are irresponsible and let the client wait and they never came to pick up the furniture. They expected me not to get mad and angry and wanted my parents to leave the house keys with a neighbor to take care and be responsible of there moving stuff. To take your money they are quick but to solve your problems they are not. These people are the worst the sales people don't know how to mention to you that you need a detailed list of everything that you are taking with you, they give you an estimate according to weight and then when the truck driver weighs the truck with your stuff on it it comes back ultra high. My dad was told they would pick up between Wednesday and Thursday and the truck got stuck in a storm and then the other people apparently got lost or stuck somewhere within the mountains of Pennsylvania with no type of cellphone which is pure bs. I fought with them over the phone and had to keep explaining the whole story of why I was pissed off to like three different people and they didnt pick up the stuff until a week later made my father miss his plane and everything. Never use this company.
