Where do I start? As others have said, the salesman was chatty and personable UNTIL his commission is in jeopardy. I was getting a head start on the moving plan so I had almost 3 months before the move date. In a nutshell, the saleman threatened extortion if I didn't get my signed contract in by 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd day after the quote was given. He yelled that I was "taking food out of his children's mouths by withholding the signature". If I didn't sign and get it faxed in he was not going to put a hold on my friend's move for a few days since her husband had passed away the night before their move date. Yes, he died and they salesman was not going to shelve their move unless he got my signed contract that morning. UNBELIEVABLE! He said "you help me, I help you. Thatl's the way the world works!" Needless to say, I cancelled my order and demanded my deposit back. Thank God I was spared the nightmare of working with Colonial.
