Totally Frustating and Disgusting service.I made a great mistake choosing CVL.Ended up Paying WAY HIGH than the Estimate

Hi ALL, YOU SHOULD READ THIS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE Colonial Van Lines.
1. Sales Person will attract you will ALL Binding Estimate - Not to Exceed amount
2. You will end up paying a huge deposit
3. Finally during the day of Pickup, Pickup guys will come in and give you a new revised Quote with a VERY VERY HIGH VALUE and will COMPEL YOU to Sign the documents. They USE ALL FILTHY/ABUSIVE/THREATENING words to make you sign the papers with the HIGH VALUE
4. your goods will reach VERY Late than the quoted time
5. damaged/broken goods.
6. Customer Service will NOT pick UP when you really neeed them.
My Initial BINDING NOT TO EXCEED ESTIMATE was $2569.43 for 3045 Lbs. I Signed this Estimate around 1.5 months before the pick up date. I threw away most of my stuff and just took a very minimal goods finally during the pick up. I already paid a deposit of $1385.65.
Pick UP Truck drivers came on the day. They gave me a new revised weight estimate for $3278.58. I refused to sign the papers since I discarded most of my items after the initial estimate given by Teddy Alejandro from Colonial Van Lines.
The pick up guy used ALL Abusive/Threatening language, made me sign the revised cost papers and got still more $973 during pickup.
I tried to reach the Colonial Van Lines Customer care several times and also the Sales person - Teddy Alejandro but NO ONE Answered when the PICK UP guy was there at my house.
I talked to the customer care the next day morning and came to know that I will only pay for what my items weight. They have estimated my weight to be 3850 Lbs. If my item actual weight is less, I pay only for the actual weight.
The Next following day, I got a call from Colonial van lines and told that I signed the Space reservation form and I had to pay the full amount irrespective of whatever my items did weight. I DID NOT SIGN ANY PAPERS WHICH SAID SPACE RESERVATION. Gwen from Colonial Van Lines, she herself found that my signature was not matching in the Space Reservation Form.
The Total Actual Items Weight came to ONLY 1560 Lbs. The Pick Up guys have estimated for 3850 Lbs and I was charged for the whole Estimated weight. This is Totally UnFair and No Actions are taken Till Date. How can I get charged for something which I did not agree upon?
The delivery was VERY late after 21 days. Also, many items were broken. They were trashed away by the truck service itself during the transit.
I am filing a claim for all these. I will have to see the response from Colonial on reimbursing the additional amount that I have paid for the extra weight that they have charged me.
