I contacted Colonial for a moving quote. The person that contacted me was extremely chatty and "jovial" until I questioned the way the quotes were generated - having read a lot of the bad reviews I wanted to really understand the quote so I wouldn't get the bait and switch I read about. He kept pushing forward to lock me in and then got agitated and increasingly exasperated when I went back to questions about the quotes. He got high pitched and irritated then finally hung up on me! It was actually a relief to see the bad reviews are pretty accurate long before I got enmeshed with this company! If it was that bad at 'hello' how much worse could it get once we got into the move! Talk about a bullet dodged.
