I paid my deposit and the day of the move they refused to pick up my furniture. The drive had trouble finding my house so he cussed and screamed at me. I lost money and had to find alternative movers in a 24 hour period. The franchise owner in Atlanta Ga also was very unprofessional. Basically they took my deposit which was not returned and left me helpless.
