This move has already been stressful, I was overcharged by over $600. My original quote was $1899 and nothing had changed with my inventory but I was charged $2600. I wish this would have told to me prior to them loading the truck so that I could have went with a different company that disclosed full cost, some boxes were left behind and I had to ship them UPS at an additional cost of $120 out of pocket and was told by customer service they only thing I could do was file a complaint which does nothing to assist me. I am not happy with the service, the way that I have been treated or any part of the move I scheduled with your company. They don't disclose they actually outsource your move to a different company so you are not only dealing with them you will be dealing with other moving companies. I would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW WHO WILL BE MOVING.
