The worst moving experience ever

Stay away from Classic Moving Services. The services were not just bad. They were horrible.
I don't have the time and energy to list them all. Let me just summarized as follows:
1. No call before the pick up date. Messages left on voice mail were never answered. The pick up window was changed 3 times. and 1 day later than promised.
2. Pick up driver demanded more money after loading was done. When we refused,
he had his truck blocked our driveway for one hour.
3. Delivery driver demanded the remaining balance in cash even before unloading
anything from his truck.
4. Lots of items were missing, e.g., office chair, book shelf, backpack, etc. Of course lots of broken glasses too.
5. We paid $1,478 for full packing and unpacking services. Both were done extremely
unprofessionally.
I wish you the best luck if you have already signed the contract with them.
