This is by far the worst moving company. DO NOT USE THEM! Was given an initial quote based on the square footage of my storage unit. When the movers came, they put 1/2 of my belongings on the truck and said that for the rest of my belongings to be moved it would cost double what the initial quote was for. I was told by the salesman on the phone that my stuff was not going to be put in storage, however, it was. I attempted to contact customer service several times to find out where my stuff was only to get incompetent individuals who barely spoke English and no answers to my questions. It took the moving company 28 days to deliver my belongings! I have numerous items that are broken and I still have items that are missing! Horrible company that made my move a disaster!
