This is my 2nd move with Charter van lines and they exceeded all of my expectations again. The team moved my elderly mother, a 1200 sq ft house filled to the brim to a small apartment, which meant a lot of coordination if items going to the garage vs. the apartment. The distance from where they had to park to the apartment was pretty far- I felt so terrible. They had everything loaded up within a few hours, made a stop to pick up a fridge, and had it all unloaded the next day since the distance was quite great. They were mellow and friendly the entire time, despite how hard they work and what grind the job was. I really appreciated that, as it makes the process of moving so much less stressful when you're working with people who are kind and helpful. The prices are fair, in fact very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
