The hurricane warnings came in as my moving day approached. I was scared to say the least. I didn’t need bad weather and chaos all around on top my relocation stresses. Thankfully, my moving company, Charter van lines, had the nerves of steel. I called them several times asking if it was okay to move in those conditions. They assured me that they will take care of it. They did take really good care of it. I moved a day before the hurricane hit, in the midst of complete chaos, and my move well very well. The movers quickly packed up everything and left. They delivered a few hours later and luckily I was moving up north. My heart goes out to the people affected but I’m glad I was not one of them. I definitely have to thank my movers for it.
