From my initial phone contact with their sales guy all the way through to paying the bill, this company was professional, committed to great service and provided an excellent customer experience. No surprises, no hidden costs, no last minute charges. Everything was exactly as explained on my initial phone call. The movers were professional, polite, and knowledgeable about their work. No slowing down to pad a bill. They were great. No damages to anything. I highly recommend Charter van lines for your moving needs. You won’t be disappointed.
