I’ve had nothing but frustration in dealing with various Auto Transportation Companies over the past three weeks – that is until I happened to find Champion in Arlington, TX.
My first mistake was dealing with what I thought would be a reliable company with offices near where I live. Countrywide Auto turned out to be a nightmare. They promise low rates and “expedited service”, but what really happens is that you pay them their broker fee up front and then wait for the “reverse auction” to take place whereby they try to attract independent drivers based upon a low bid. They would never return calls; they were only interested in keeping their broker fee.
The nightmares continued with Official Auto Transportation, AA Auto Movers and more.
When I got lucky and turned to Champion, a miracle happened when you folks delivered on all promises.
You and your staff were courteous and promised a pick up date that actually happened. Your driver, Navaro Potter showed up on time, took the car to his facility and then when his total load was completed the next day, he left California and delivered the car in Austin, TX on time, even in the middle of a torrential rain storm.
You should change the name of Champion Auto to A+ Champion Auto Movers. Good job. If you need a reference, don’t hesitate to have your client call me.
