Was quoted 1700 for 17ft truck w 3 movers and all we needed to do was have boxes ready they do everything else for that cost. Showed up day late with 2 movers, charged 100 per tv to pack,truck was 17ft but we only could use 6ft space so stuff did not fit and thats after we sold washer dryer fridge stove and tannig bed that was included in quote. We gave inventory list,measurements of all our stuff, even asked how they made money doing it for so little. They loaded half of what we had and when they realized the rest was not going to fit, wanted to charge us cancellation fee of 250 plus keep deposit of 100. NO WAY MAN!! they unloaded it, took 90$ tip, pack of cigarettes, and donuts and drinks, left, and an hour and a half later, swat team showed up here because they reported being held at gun point, again,an hour and a half later......time to get away from criminal charges pressed by me!! Not only that but when we complained and movers agreed it was wrong doing by company, they offered to just take stuff that fit for quoted price without company knowing, luckily I said hell no so,what the hell do I do then hire someone else for the rest, have them come back,? Not to mention risking them keeping my belongings for ransome or them stealing all my stuff, find another sucker guys.We called jessica who gave us quote, conveniently for them, she was on vacation. criminals!!! USE LIGITAMATE, RESPECTABLE COMPANTIES, they may seem to be more expensive, but in thr long run,cheaper and 100% more trustworthy. I have not yet looked but I expect that all my belongings will not be there!!!!! Thanks Chad moving, for making the move from New York to Georgia that much harder for my family, especially my 2 small children who can't understand what's going on
