I picked Chad Moving for my move based on glowing reviews of this company. But you NOT get one from me based on this move. They arrived (3) three hours early...6am....what! Then after getting numerous appointment times to deliver, the driver, (Russian w/bad attitude and little customer service skills)was only interested in the money!!! Go to the bank now, you need to have cash before we unload, get the money, etc. Then, when he did arrive, he would not pull into my apartment complex. He said call your friends or relatives to help unload or store our things. He extorted an additional $375.00 from us to unload! Something he called a long carry. Well, the only positive was his assistant, he was quite polite and way overworked by this rude driver. We had some broken and missing items. Never again!
