With a window of 14 business days. It's really late and I am about to lose my vacation deposit due to their truck issues. I don't understand a moving company that does not have a backup truck or plan B. I have called and the service department (Lee) has been nice but gives me the same response. He keeps saying that he needs to contact the owner. I feel like I am being scammed. They also stated that I need to pay in cash the full amount when delivered and then file a claim for the penalty for the delay. I am hoping I hear from this company real soon!

Horrible. Broken China, furniture, lamps and missing furniture. My cherished memories. I am so upset and speechless. I have pictures of everything. They will probably try to find some legal loophole to get out of the inexcusable sloppiness of the way they run their company. And to think I gave the loaders a generous tip because I thought they cared. Consumer beware!
