My Grandparents are downsizing to a smaller home & decided we would like to keep the furniture in the family & send it to Va to their children & grandchildren. They came to pick up on time but if course. Came with a Budget truck & then demanded more money for packing & bubble wrap. We asked why & they said because we had flat screen tv's. We didn't have flat screens so then they said they would drop the packing cost. I don't understand what kind of packing you do for a bed, wall unit & some chairs & tv's. We were told the stuff would be in Va in 2 days. The day before we find out the stuff wasn't going to be sent but it would be at a warehouse waitng for other moving jobs to go with it along the way. The furniture was promised to be in Va within 10 days of our requested date which was never told to us in the begining. It is now the 17th! No furniture. We can't get a manager on the phone at all, he stands there & listens in on the call & has some silly little girl try to give us excuse after excuse. Before they got off the phone they made sure they told us we would not be receiving our refund of $600.00 that we paid on the pick up end & that now he doesn't know when we are getting our furniture. How do you tell people you don't know when you are getting them their stuff. It gets better! The address to this company is a residential home!
