The worst business relationship in my life.
I was sold on a great story by John Gallo about the company and took a calculated risk to try and save money for a coast to coast move. He underquoted me to get the business : Originally $1400 which ballooned to over $3k when it was all done.
NO ONE picks up the phone to give you an honest status update on your move. NO ONE there understands customer service. We waited over 30 days for our goods to arrive, and when they did, they had the balls to ask for $400 more becuase they had to walk a bit further to the residence. We were lied to several times by multiple parties but Joh Gallo is a kahn artist.
Fucking frauds and of course no recourse whatsoever for broken items. They use migrant workers (most illegal I would presume) for their heavy lifting. They are the shit of the moving industry.
