The movers were right on time, very pleasant, and very efficient. When moving items out and loading the truck, they cheerfully carried mattresses down two flights of stairs so that the elevator could be freed up for a time for delivery of medical supplies to an elderly resident of the building. They were careful not to damage items and they placed them exactly where we wanted them at the destination. As a result of our excellent experience, we have been recommending Certified Relocation and will continue to do so.
