We hired this company and it was the worst mistake ever. When we first spoke with them they had given us a price and we clearly explained that we had a budget to maintain and we couldn't go over a certain amount. Once our items were picked up they decided to pack some extra stuff that we didn't agree too then we were charged for it an extra 200.00. Then when they delivered our stuff they came late not the date that was agreed but, 4 days later. On top of being late they charged us an additional 344.00. We were forced to pay the money if not they wouldn't hand over our stuff. We called and tried to figure out why we were being charged so much and all we got was excuses and they were very nasty and rude and had no consideration for anyone. To me the people that work for this company and own this company have no heart to take advantage of families such as us. We would constantly call and we would never recieve a call back but in the begining when they wanted out deposit they would answer and call us back right away. I beg everyone please dont waste your money or time on this company. We wish we wouldve done more research and paid close attention to the reviews. If we are able to post up our receipts and all the voicemails we would just so everyone can see how cruel this company is and a lack of customer service. James was the worst of all. We have multiple families members moving out of state and after this experience I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone especially family. We did a long distance move from NY to FL, and when we finally got out stuff our boxes were damaged and we had broken dishes and our game systems didn't work as if they were dropped on the floor. Our electric chair was broken as well as picture frames.
