Check other sites for additional ratings. Check # of time license revoked. John in sales has excellent phone skills and is very reassuring
.....Until pick up time. John then has nothing to do with all
the changes and problems. He then lies, does not return calls
and blames dispatch. Promises of same day delivery on
a small job, turn into 4 days without furniture and clothing.
Had to buy cloths for new job, because I had no idea when I would get my items! Every day was full of stress not getting the truth or return calls. You should spend a little more for a company that does what they say. Things were unloaded at the warehouse and damaged.
