My good were as per the quote - infact a box less than what i had taken the quote for. But the final amount was $1800+ against a quote of $1391 as i had done meticulous planning. The sadest part was i still do not know when my goods are going to be delivered and shocked to see nobody either picks my call or even answers my emails, escalated to the founder / CEO and Head - operations today. I am contemplating taking a legal action anytime soon..
