This company told my mother that they would dispose of unwanted furniture. Patricia assured my mother again and again that the movers are aware of the arrangement and that the price quote included the disposal. Movers show up and, of course, they don't know anything. They begrudgingly disposed of three beds for $250. This after not letting us speak to their manager and threatening to leave on Memorial Day Weekend - which obviously was not on option for us. This company is completely unethical. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
