I moved from Virginia to San Diego and had to put my stuff in storage for a few weeks. I contacted them for a quote to move those items from storage into my new house and he replied very quickly. The guys (Carlos, Chris, and a 3rd guy with a name I can't remember) were on time, professional, courteous, and very respectful. All of the furniture was wrapped well and nothing was broken. They put my King Size bed together, helped me set up an expensive Ultra HD TV, and hooked up my washer and dryer for me.
There was a small issue with the washer, though. One of the hoses wasn't on correctly and I had a bit of a flood the next morning after running a load of laundry. Frustrated, I contacted Derek via email. He offered to send guys back out to fix it and to even come out himself whenever I was available (even after work hours) to fix it.
So they really made a come back and this is why I am calling Century Moving Services my favorite moving company
