This guy Michael Cappiello came to my home few weeks before the move and funny thing is he spend first 30mins to explaining me how you can be cheated by moving company!!! There is no contract to specify upfront to show actual costs and on the move day three people came in and as soon as they the furniture they said in order to wrap all this stuff it might cost $150 and while my wife talking to them they just started wrapping up the furniture. I tried to contact their office and this owner of the company on the phone with me and this guy is SO CHEAP he don'teven care who you are all he expects his customer just pay money as he wants. These guys are SO rude , for the initial quote of $720 they charged me $1266 see the diff. I'm decided to spend few more thousands of dollars and fill a lawsuit on these guys.
