They couldnt even show up for the estimate

After waiting a week for someone to come out and give an estimate, they called teh night before and didnt know how to get to my home. The next day when I was waiting for them they called at the time they were supposed to be at my home and said my guy cant make it can I do an estimate over the phone. No, you already gave me that information and were supposed to be coming out becuase it was a big move and we wanted to make sure it was accurate. I am thankful. Cant imagine what a nightmare it would have been had I hired them since they couldnt even make it for the estimate.
