Capital moving damaged every piece of furniture delivered and failed to deliver 1/5 of my total goods. The damage was the result of reckless neglect, including writing in permanent marker directly on my furniture and failing to wrap valuable wood furniture (as specified in the contract). Upon delivery, the driver refused to unload my goods until I paid in cash and signed the waiver stating that all goods were accounted for and in good condition, which clearly they were not. They are no longer returning my phone calls. I will now be taking legal action. I would advise against using this moving company.
