Salesman failed to enter number of items that he was told for the estimate; this resulted in a huge overage. The estimate rate per c.f. was 2.38 while the overage rate per c.f. was 3.75. Due to the salesman deliberately not writing down the number I said, there was 50 items in overage. The cost went from $1,300-$1,400 to $2,900. I can't relay to you how many hours, total, I sat on hold trying to work with these people to get my stuff delivered. 15 days later, I received my stuff, on a different truck, with many things scarred, some missing, some broken. There were delays on both ends as the drivers had to find workers! I could not fight w/ the company while they had my stuff, but I am now, and have had to file a claim for the lost-damaged-broken items. My personal receommendation, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
