First, they email you all the details of your move after your initial phone call, which includes addresses, contact info, fees, and such. Then they will arrive right on time and started loading right away as they did while moving me. On my move day, the movers who came were super conscientious and diligent. Every time I would try to pick up something, one of the guys will run over and try to help me, even though the box was not that heavy. Highly recommend them!
