Thank you to the amazing staff at Canadian National Vanlines , I moved my elderly mother from Toronto to be closer to her family in Ottawa, our time restrictions made planning this move very difficult, but Hanna and the other girl (not sure of her name) worked it out for me. I was so worried about stressing out my 93 mother, the crew was so patient with her and myself, I couldn’t have asked for better people to work with and Mark and Sammy made this the easiest move I could’ve asked for. They were honest, straight forward with the charges and estimate, and clear about how the shipping and dates worked, I’ve moved many times before and for the first time I don’t feel like I got the run around.
