The movers came over, working on an hourly rate. Trust me, they were in NO hurry. At one point, they could not figure out how to disasemble something, so I did it, while they watched me for 20 minutes on the clock! They even FORGOT to load a few items laid out at the old house, and wanted to charge time to go back and get them!!!
They damaged our stainless steel fridge and the headboard of our bed - many deep gouges. The owner, Tony, offered to fix them, but then a few weeks later I got an email offer regarding the fridge for 60 cents on the pound, per DOT regulations, he claimed. He even went so far as to suggest that this means the fridge should be his now. Nothing further was said about the headboard
Stay away from these guys. They are bad news.
