It's all scam. My boxes were picked up 2 months ago, but they are not here yet. All I hear from them were "I don't know. Only the dispatch guy knows when yours will be delivered. There is no truck going out that way. We have 30 day policy or we have 30 business day policy." Don't be fooled by their reservation person.
