Worst move ever

We were quoted $3000 to move our househood goods from PA to GA. We supplied the company a detailed list of what was to go with dimensions. We were told that it would all fit in one of the company's trucks. My wife and I both told them it would not fit. I asked Jacobi - "If it does not fit will you be responsible to getting the rest". I was told "Yes - we have contracts with other movers and moving trucks in the area. On the day of the move the movers showed up 4 hours late. Later in the day it was obvious that everything was not going to fit. No plans were made to collect the rest of the items at that time. They left and I was told they would drive through the night and arive early the next day. We drove through the night and arrived at the GA house by 9am. The movers did not and arrived around 6-7pm and were still unloading at 2am. They movers said they would get the rest of the items and supposedly had trucks in the area twice but on both times an excuse was made and the items were not collected. We were then told that they would go back and get the rest of the items for an additional $1000 - after saying several times that they would be responsible for getting the rest of the items. In the end, CEH refused to collect the rest of the belongings. My son and I had to borrow a trailer and make the trip to get the rest of the items. I would not use this company again and deffinately NEVER refer them to another person.
