They promised household would not be weighed as I was concerned they wouldn't send an estimator. They low balled the price to suck me in, then did weigh my items and charged more. They have yet, one year later, to follow up on my damages, claiming "another company does this." They no longer answer my calls or emails. Don't mess with these people! You will be sorry :(
