Damages to both homes and our furniture. The truck the sent was too small, they showed up on the wrong day, nothing went right with this move. It took almost 3 months of repeated phone messages and emails to get a response from the office. It seems that whenever you call there is no one available to answer your questions. Voice mails are never returned. Emails are never responded to. After my wife and myself repeatedly called over and over again on the same day we finally got in touch with Eric the owner. He told us he has no intention of paying for any of the damages even though we paid extra for the (FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE) Insurance. He did offer me $100 which is nothing in comparison to the losses incurred. We are out almost $4000 over this ordeal. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR WITH BULLDOG MOVERS.
