I scheduled with Budget 2 months in advance of my move, the Friday before my stuff was supposed to be picked up the coming Monday I called to see if they had a specific pick up time. I was told by Budget then that they were not actually able to service the move (2 days before the move was scheduled to happen). Besides the obvious problem of them saying they were not coming I was curious as to then they were going to tell me, they indicated that they had just learned and were going to inform me later that day (which seemed unlikely since I called Friday at 430PM EST). They then told me it would take at least a week for me to get a refund on the move that they cancelled.
In short terrible, terrible company!
