Good experience but late delivery

I moved from LA to Minneapolis and choosen Budget van line to move my household stuff. Everything was fine. I always got response from budget van line and carrier. I'm giving average rating because my things were not delivered on time. It took one month and 2 days to delivery the things and lots of follow-up. But everytime, I got response.
