DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! If there was a way to give less than 1 star I would. This is the worst service I've ever received from a company and have already filed a BBB complaint which I have never done for any other business. This company scheduled a move for us but didn't follow through with it. We called multiple times resulting in being put on hold 1 time for 30 minutes and a 2nd time for 1 hour until the sales rep left for the day because he didn't want to handle the problem!!! We called a manager there after that. The manager had the worst customer service skills I've ever seen. All he did was argue with me and tell me he couldn't do anything. He wouldn't contact his manager or give us a corporate number. Finally, he said to call another provider and left my wife and I stranded with no resolution, potentially costing us thousands of dollars. Basically, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! They have an F BBB rating already on the BBB website and looks like they continue to get more complaints.
