Not only were movers late but they damaged our bed, dresser, and mirror and managed to lose all four legs to our brand new dining room table. We sent in claim forms which they returned and had us revise. We sent in revised claims forms and have yet to hear from them. We moved in January and it is now October! I have never been so angry or disappointed in service...especially one that costs so much!! We ended up paying $200 than our quote as well! Poorly done, Budget Vanlines! Poorly done!
