When I first got these guys online I had no Idea they were brokers , because I was told by moving companies oh no dont ever get them! Well I did I gave them a credit card for their fee, and then waited for them to get me a mover. Well I decided to check them out on the BBB and other sites. I found 196 complaints now I went into a panic! Well I decided to let it go thru and wait they did get me R & L movers they had a F rating OMG now what. I waited for them to come and let this move go thru. Well the movers came ontime, They treated my things like it was their own. Budget Van Lines was upfront with me and I the same that is the problem with other reviews, You need to be honest with them and let them know exactly what you are moving and approx how heavy you think the boxes are. The movers not only arrived ontime at both locations, nothing was broke, scratched or damaged, So what i thought was going to be my worst nightmare turned out to be a success story. remember don't lie about the things you are going to move or how many boxes ect or you are the one to blame not the company. The balance when they arrived at my destination was exactly what I was told it would be by Budget Van Lines I would not only say give them a try but I would use them again if needed- A VERY PLEASED CUSTOMER
