It started OK then just went completely down hill. We were under the assumption that this company was based out of AZ and was delivering a load close to us and didnt want to drive back to AZ empty handed. So we would get a good deal because they needed to get back to AZ....HAHAHA thats when the lies started!! He then told us we'd get the stuff in about a week from pickup...(again LIE)
SO pickup day comes and they're about 30-45 minutes late. I asked the driver when he thought it would get here and he said probably in about a week. we had to fill a form out that said the earliest we wanted the items and the latest we wanted the items. (WHY THEY DONT CARE WHAT YOU WRITE!!!) they do a good job covering everything with blankets and taking big items apart (master bed, bunk bed and crib) put it all in the truck...were told because were over in items wed probably have 400 more lbs. So as the driver was walking out of our house he ASKS FOR A TIP! Seriously!!! so my husband gave him a 20 and he said thank you, not meaning it tho. because then he turned to the other guys and said hey we got 6 bucks. again REALLY?! totally unprofessional!!
So the first day comes that we put we wanted our stuff...which was 10 days from the day the picked up our items. havent heard anything, so i call and the Manager of disbatch returns my call. He says its scheduled to be here the 20th or the 21st. I FREAK!!! they picked our items on 4th and they're saying the 20th?! so i completely let him have it and ALL he could say was they have 21 business days (thats ALL they say!!)
SO the 20th comes and i still havent gotten a phone call about when our things would be delivered. So i call Alex back and he tells me the truck broke down in Indiana over the weekend and the shop couldnt get the part until monday. (now being tuesday) and he didnt think it really mattered so he didnt bother calling me! But he was quick to say he called the people in texas who also had items on the truck....guess i dont get that courtesy. So he tells me it will be here friday or saturday....
I then call and talk to the manager Amy. which mind you was NO help either. all she was saying was how they had 21 business days...(told you thats all they say) and i flipped on her also.
Friday came and FINALLY the driver called and said he was in New mexico (he called at 930am) and said hed be in AZ to drop my things off at 8am...I say ok and we hang up. i had to call alex for a question and he tells me the driver wont be here til around noon but hed call me an hour before. So 8am came and went...noon came and went and still NOTHING. my husband then called at 415 and he said he was at a truck stop and would be here in 30-45 mins. at 530 they showed up and unloaded. the driver was an a** the other 2 were nice. Took them about 2 hours to unload and the driver went to start to put my bed together and told the other 2 to go home...still had a bunk bed and crib in pieces. So he finishes my bed and asks if there was anything else...UM HELLO!!! so my husband says the crib and bunk bed. he then goes to put those together. when he was finished we asked him if he wanted some pizza and he rudely said no and said he was finished and we said ok thank you. and thats when it got VERY unprofessional. we were being yelled at infront of 3 of our children because he did extra work and we arent giving him a tip!! BUT clearly in the papers it says they will dis assemble and re assemble furniture. so we said that and he said NO. he works for tips and blah blah. THEN he asked us where we were from the moon? umm Seriously?! SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY!!! I AM WRITING THE BBB AND HOPEFULLY OTHERS HAVE TO!!!!!!!!!
