I went through Budget Van Lines and they completely screwed me. I understood there policy that they are not responsible for the cancellation of there carrriers, but they never called and told me the carrier cancelled. I called them for three days straight trying to find out the status of my move and I finally got ahold of someone who completely shirked Budget Van Lines responsability. Thank God, they also screwed up my deposit and never carged my card or I would definately be filing suit. I would never recommend this company and I will do everyting iin my power to discredit this company. They cost me additional money, because I had to extend the date I vacated my apartment just for my furniture while they were lying to me about their carrier.
