The sales rep was dishonest for starters. When I signed up everything sounded great and I made sure I read over the fine print. When I had questions about how many boxes I could have he told me 30. Little did I know that size of the boxes mattered so when the movers picked up my stuff I had to pay an extra $300. When my stuff was all loaded on the truck the movers had the nerve to asked me for a tip. Too bad I don't carry cash suckers. Secondly, when I told the sales rep the day I wanted my stuff at my new location he said not a problem. I made sure I was there 2 days in advance just in case they were early. 2 weeks later my stuff shows up. Everything was fine except for a missing bookshelf and TV. The mover man stated he didn't know anything about my bookshelf but he was notified that my TV was at the warehouse. After about a week of trying to track down my TV the moving company R&L that budget vanline uses stated that my TV was stole (inside job by a truck driver) along with 30 other TVs. I filed out a claim and just found out that they are going to pay me .60 per pound. I made sure I paid extra to make sure my TV was packed well and come to find out I would never see it again. I'm in the process of getting $200 for a newer flat screen TV that I paid $800 for. This is BS and the frustrating part is that I can't do a thing about it. It has been about 3 month since everything started and I am still fighting to get the $200 for the TV that they stole. If I could do it all again I would have rented a uhaul and move the 2500 miles myself. I would have saved money and the hassle of this BS. Zero stars for this company. All I have left is the unusable remote control. I should just mail it to them.
