Very frustrating company to deal with

I will not be able to recommend your company based on my experience in the following areas:
1. Inaccruate quoting from sales team. Additional boxes were added to quote to secure a lower price per weight/cube. This caused problems at point of loading when the boxes weren't there to be loaded by the mover.
2. Extremely long hold times when calling customer service. To work through the problem referenced in point 1 I was on hold for a total of 45 minutes.
3. Very poor selection of moving company for my move. "Move On Van Lines" was not prepared for this move, a) did not communicate expected delivery date range until I called Budget Van Lines for infomration. b) Did not take copies of the Inventory with them, so had no paperwork at point of delivery. c)Asked for the cash payment without providing any paper work or receipt for payment until I called the office to complain.
4. Need to file a claim with the movers for lost goods and damages and have no contact information. Am currently on hold while I type this to get that information from BVL...hold time at this point is 20 minutes and counting.
