belonging were suppose to be shrink wrapped on palletts, stored in originating city, neither done. boxes missing, ladder, patio umbrella missing. furniture scratched dented, broken. contacted co. told they will look into things and return call,never happen. quoted 2550., when picked up belongings was told 2470, because did not have as much, when delivered was charged a total of 3580.10 to get belongingsand they were suppose to take items to second floor, took very few items up stairs and left every thing else in garage. i was told to number boxes for each room to be taken to, which i did and the majority of items left in garage. not even moved to any down stair rooms. told thats how they do it. tried to get some reimbursement as i used mastercard for 2/3 of cost, and was told i did not have quarantied delivery. thought that is what you do when you hire a so called professional. also, we were to have storage until we bought a house and called fordelivery, was called two weeks and they wanted to deliver the next day. had a hard time for them to store, as we did not have a house to deliver to. they folded my queen temperpedic mattris in half and taped it. at pickup we complained about this, called told it would be unwraped, did not happen. never use this company
