I chose the FLAT rate rather than hourly to avoid any confusion. The flat rate was more expensive however meant no additional charges, just delivery. The crew was late for the pick up to a condo building with mega rules regarding moving, hours, elevator reservations.,which BM&S was aware.The building which the load was to be delivered to now demanded a fee to pay overtime for an employee . BM&S now demanded me pay the overtime fee or they WOULD HOLD MY LOAD in the truck until I came up with the cash.To finish the job the next day was not possible for BM& S because they were booked .These people were crooks, unprofessional and downright nasty. A guy named Nars was in charge.
