Dear Alex,
It is unfortunate that after 10 years in business you are the first customer to be upset. It is true that we had planned to be at your location at 10am, in fact we had planned on arriving early. Unfortunately the truck that was designated for your move had electrical problems. You were contacted as early as possible by our driver and told that the truck was having problems. You informed us of the $100 fee you would loose for docking fees, we informed you that we would be more then glad to reimburse you the $100 and pay the next $100 fee for having to reschedule the pick up; which would be the next day. You told us that you could not change it since you had taken time off of work. At that time we decided that our options were exhausted and you were not making rational decisions. Again we apologize for our unforseen problem and hope you were able to resolve your situation.
