Pick up was late.
At destination, did not contact us upon arrival of shipment, they held the goods and then charged us for storage before releasing our possessions.
We are elderly people, and we paid for setup at destination. The movers couldn't be bothered to do what they were paid to do,
Also we were missing some items upon arrival. Again, moving company didn't want to be bothered about that either.
