I ordered items that were delivered to boerman movers in Woodbridge. First they lied about the day they received the item. When both I and the other party confronted them about the lie it took them almost 2 full days to go out to their lot and see the trailer. After waiting a day for someone in their office to call me back to confirm they have the trailer and set up delivery I called them and was told it would take another week for them to deliver it from woodridge Illinois to Chicago il. Apparently boerman movers only deliver to a big city like Chicago but once every week or two. When I asked why it would take them another week I was rudely told if I didn't like it I could rent a truck and come get it. Why on earth am I paying several hundreds of dollars in shipping to boerman movers to deliver my items to rent a truck and load 300 plus pound of items myself.
Boerman movers are totally unprofessional, have no regard for other people time and items and do nothing in a timely manner
And I still can't get them to delivered my stuff I was billed for 2 weeks ago.
DO NOT use boerman movers.
